Success is Homegrown
I am a Northwest Florida native, my father a lifelong Forest Ranger, several family members being Realtors, I grew up in a family centered on moral values and hard work. Spending my younger years exploring the forest and working from a young age with my mother in performing simple administrative task to earn extra money. I specialize in residential buying and selling with an emphasis on marketing properties as well as client consulting.
My achievements include decades of working with contractors on buying, selling, developing and construction of properties, with an emphasis on contracts, detailed cost accounting, and real estate research. I pride myself on being detail oriented, meticulous with numbers and negotiations with the tenacity to be the best at my job.
These skills have provided me with an improved knowledge of what is needed in finding the perfect home for my clients or helping them sell their home. Sharing this knowledge with my clients and assisting them with their goals every step of the way is what I consider success. I think of my clients as family and I am always here to lean-on, with the skills to keep the process fluid, successful, and as low stress as possible. Nothing makes me happier than seeing the smiles on my clients faces when they close on their new property.
Real estate is a powerful thing. Where you live becomes the center of your universe: your “home base” and a place where memories are made. Even an investment property can have a profound effect on your life’s story—when chosen correctly, it becomes long-term financial freedom and a vital part of your well-diversified portfolio
Real Estate is my passion, along with buying and renovating homes with my husband. My other passions include spending time spoiling our grandchildren, and the Great Danes that we rescue.
